彭晨，上海大學機電工程與自動化學院教授、博士生導師、副院長、上海大學網絡化控制研究中心主任。上海市高校特聘教授（“東方學者”、“東方跟蹤計劃”）、上海市“優秀學術帶頭人”、上海市“浦江人才計劃”、2014-2018年Elsevier中國高被引學者入選者；曾在澳大利亞中昆士蘭大學、澳大利亞昆士蘭科技大學、香港大學做了3年多訪問研究。是Information Sciences、TIMC等多個國際期刊的編委與客座編輯。出版了一本英文專著《Communication and Control of Networked Complex Systems》（Springer出版社，2015）、一本中文專著《網絡控制系統分析與綜合》（科學技術出版社，2007）；授權11項發明專利,登記了15件軟件著作權。
獲2018與2013年上海市自然科學獎二等獎2項（排名1）、2008年與2014年江蘇省科學技術進步二等獎各1項（排名3與5）、2006年教育部高等學校自然科學獎二等獎1項（排名4）；主持國家自然基金5項（包含1項重點，3個面上），省部級項目10余項；獲IEEE ISIC會議最佳論文獎（2018），獲英國控制會議Best Paper Runner-Up獎（2016）、Fuzzy Sets and Systems期刊Highly Cited Research證書（2016）、中國精品科技期刊頂尖學術論文（領跑者F5000，2013）。發表/接受SCI源刊論文110余篇，其中Automatica與IEEE匯刊30余篇，SCI-h指數36，WoS他引3700余次。
