萬加富, 博士, 華南理工大學機械與汽車工程學院教授, 博士生導師, IEEE Fellow, AAIA Fellow, 科睿唯安全球"高被引科學家"(2019-2024)。研究方向為信息通信技術(人工智能、工業大數據等)與先進制造技術的深度融合研究，具體包括: 信息物理融合系統, 數字孿生, 具身智能, 智能工廠, 智能產線, 工業大數據, 故障診斷, 工業機器人等。
