王嘉宏，男，臺灣臺南人。博士(后)，現任福建理工大學計算機科學與數學學院副教授、碩導，福建省大數據挖掘與應用技術重點實驗室成員。主持結題2項福建省自然基金面上項目與1項福建省教育廳科研項目，并參與國家自然科學基金、省科技廳與教育廳自然基金項目等多項科研項目。研究興趣主要在人工智能、大數據分析、運籌學、排隊論、系統模擬與網絡應用等方面的研究。近年來，在重要學術刊物和國際學術會議上已發表論文80余篇，其中SCI/SSCI檢索19篇，EI檢索38篇，CPCI/ISTP檢索27篇，Mathematical Reviews收錄7篇。申請中國發明專利17項，已獲中國發明專利授權8項，其中獲中國臺灣專利授權1項。并曾在(中國臺灣)參與十多項科技部(國科會)及教育部的科學基金項目，7次獲(中國臺灣)教育部與國科會出席國際會議或海外交流經費支持。
王博士是人工智能、運籌學、應用數學和大數據分析方面的專家，曾參與多項國際合作項目，研究成果已發表在重要學術刊物，包括：Management Science, Expert Systems With Applications, Applied Intelligence, Computers & Operations Research, Computers and Mathematics with Applications, Scientific Reports, Soft Computing, IEEE ACCESS, Mathematics, Energies, Journal of Intelligent & Fuzzy Systems, Journal of Network Intelligence, International Journal of Information and Management Sciences等SCI或EI索引學術期刊。
2001年被臺灣臺南縣永康市評為「青年楷模」，2007年至2012年3次入選中國「海外杰青匯中華交流團」，2009年被英國International Biographical Centre評為「Leading Scientists of the World 2009」，2011年所著博士論文榮獲臺灣作業研究學會、中華決策科學學會聯合評為「碩博士論文競賽博士組第一名」，2011年一篇學術論文獲第七屆臺灣作業研究學會年會暨學術研討會的「大會最佳論文獎」，2013年獲第八屆排隊理論與網絡應用國際研討會的「大會最佳論文獎」，2015年獲福建省科協第十五屆學術年會暨福建省計算機學會學術年會論文評選活動的「貳等獎」，2017年獲福建工程學院「本科優秀畢業設計(論文)指導教師獎」，2019年一篇學術論文獲INFORMS Conference on Service Science (ICSS2019)國際研討會的「最佳論文獎」，2019年一篇學術論文獲The 8th International Conference on Industrial Engineering and Systems Management (IESM 2019)國際研討會的「Best Application Paper Finalist Award」。2013年至2020年每年皆榮獲美國Marquis Who's Who評為「Who's Who in the World」，2016年獲美國 Marquis Who's Who評為「Who's Who in Science and Engineering 2016-2017」，2017年榮獲美國Marquis Who's Who評為「Who's Who in Asia 2017-2018」，2018年入選福建省「福州市臺灣人才庫成員」。

Dr. Chia-Hung Wang currently holds an Associate Professor position in the College of Computer Science and Mathematics at Fujian University of Technology, China. Prof. Wang earned his Ph.D. degree in Operations Research from the Department of Mathematical Sciences at National Chengchi University, Taiwan in 2011. He got his B.S. degree in Mathematics from National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan in 2002. In 2004, he received his M.S. degree in Mathematical Sciences from National Chengchi University, Taipei, Taiwan. He visited the University of Illinois at Chicago, USA as a Visiting Scholar from August 2007 to August 2008. From 2011 to 2015, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow with National Chiao Tung University and National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. Since 2015, Dr. Wang has joined Fujian University of Technology as a faculty member, and also served as a research fellow at the Fujian Provincial Key Laboratory of Big Data Mining and Applications.
Prof. Wang is an expert in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Analysis, Operations Research, Intelligent Computing, Queue Management and Data Science. He has been involved in several collaborative projects with international and national professionals, including the design of management schemes on communication networks for bandwidth sharing, the modeling and analysis of security-check queues, the management mechanisms for service systems, the trading mechanisms and data analysis for stock markets, etc. In addition, he is also a co-inventor of more than 8 invention patents. These research works have already been published in over 80 refereed journals and conference proceedings, including Management Science, Expert Systems With Applications, Applied Intelligence, Computers & Operations Research, Computers and Mathematics with Applications, Scientific Reports, Soft Computing, IEEE ACCESS, Mathematics, Energies, Journal of Intelligent & Fuzzy Systems, Journal of Network Intelligence, International Journal of Information and Management Sciences, and so on.
