傅城州，博士，高級工程師。廣東藥科大學醫藥信息工程學院教師，生物信息系副主任。中國計算機學會會員（30930M），琶洲實驗室兼職研究人員。本科和碩士（推免）畢業于華南師范大學計算機學院軟件工程專業，2017年6月獲得華南師范大學博士學位（導師：湯庸教授）。
曾任職于騰訊公司游戲研發部、華南師范大學計算機學院，澳大利亞維多利亞大學訪問學者，多次擔任學術論壇和企業技術培訓主講以及受聘互聯網企業技術顧問，主持廳級項目兩項，參與國家自然科學基金項目四項（其中重點項目一項），在國內外學術期刊和學術會議發表多篇論文，主編高校計算機教材一部，獲軟件著作權十余項，學術研究成果獲中國云計算學術大會優秀論文獎。攻讀學位期間，獲得碩士研究生國家獎學金（2013年度）、博士研究生國家獎學金（2016年度）等獎項。Pattern Recognition、The Computer Journal、Computer Applications in Engineering Education、《青島科技大學學報（自然科學版）》等期刊審稿人，EI國際會議HCC組委會委員以及多個EI國際會議審稿人。
目前從事：大數據、社區發現、信息安全等研究。

Introduction
Dr Chengzhou Fu is a Lecturer in College of Medical Information Engineering, Guangdong Pharmaceutical University. He received his B.E, M.E and Ph.D. from South China Normal University, Guangzhou, China. His current research interests include Social Network, Big Data, Information Security and Data Mining. He has been a visiting scholar at the Victoria University in Australia. He is a technical director in an SNS platform named SCHOLAT (the address is http://www.sdshimeng.com). He is the Co-Chair of several International Conferences, such as HCC 2017, HCC 2018 and UMLL 2019. He won the Best Paper Award at the 6th Chinese Conference on Cloud Computing (CCCC 2015). He used to work as an engineer at Tencent (a well-known Internet company in China) and is responsible for client security research.
