劉偉鋒，博士，教授，博士生導師，山東省優秀研究生指導教師，青島市拔尖人才，山東省高等學校青年創新團隊帶頭人，山東省人工智能學會理事，山東省自動化學會常務理事，CCF計算機視覺專委會委員，IEEE SMC協會感知計算技術委員會主席，CCF高級會員，CSIG會員，IEEE高級會員，ACM會員，ACM SIGMM中國分會會員。2002年6月畢業于中國科學技術大學自動化專業，獲自動控制與工商管理雙學士學位，2007年6月畢業于中國科學技術大學模式識別與智能系統專業，獲控制科學與工程工學博士學位，2007年中國石油大學（華東）工作至今。主要研究方向為模式識別、機器學習理論及其應用。目前主持/完成國家自然科學基金3項、山東省自然科學基金2項、青島市自然科學基金1項。近年發表學術論文百余篇，先后11篇論文入選ESI高被引論文、3篇入選ESI熱點論文，申請國家發明專利10余項（授權8項），以第一完成人獲中國自動化學會自然科學獎二等獎（2022年）、山東省人工智能學會自然科學一等獎（2021年）等獎勵。擔任SCI期刊《Neural Processing Letters》Associate editor，Signal Processing Guest editor，IET Computer Vision Guest editor，Neurocomputing Guest editor，Remote Sensing Guest editor，數十種領域內重要期刊審稿人，近年來作為分會（共同）主席、宣傳主席等組織國際學術會議分會十數次，國際學術會議技術委員會成員或審稿人數十余次。

Weifeng Liu (M’12-SM’17) is currently a Professor with the College of Control Science and Engineering, China University of Petroleum (East China), China. He received the double B.S. degree in automation and business administration and the Ph.D. degree in pattern recognition and intelligent systems from the University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei, China, in 2002 and 2007, respectively. His current research interests include pattern recognition and machine learning. He has authored or co-authored a dozen papers in top journals and prestigious conferences including 11 ESI Highly Cited Papers and 3 ESI Hot Papers. Dr. Weifeng Liu serves as associate editor for Neural Processing Letter, co-chair for IEEE SMC technical committee on cognitive computing, and guest editor of special issue for Signal Processing, IET Computer Vision, Neurocomputing, and Remote Sensing. He also serves dozens of journals and conferences.
