劉偉鋒，博士，教授，博士生導(dǎo)師，山東省優(yōu)秀研究生指導(dǎo)教師，青島市拔尖人才，山東省高等學(xué)校青年創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)帶頭人，山東省人工智能學(xué)會(huì)理事，山東省自動(dòng)化學(xué)會(huì)常務(wù)理事，CCF計(jì)算機(jī)視覺(jué)專委會(huì)委員，IEEE SMC協(xié)會(huì)感知計(jì)算技術(shù)委員會(huì)主席，CCF高級(jí)會(huì)員，CSIG會(huì)員，IEEE高級(jí)會(huì)員，ACM會(huì)員，ACM SIGMM中國(guó)分會(huì)會(huì)員。2002年6月畢業(yè)于中國(guó)科學(xué)技術(shù)大學(xué)自動(dòng)化專業(yè)，獲自動(dòng)控制與工商管理雙學(xué)士學(xué)位，2007年6月畢業(yè)于中國(guó)科學(xué)技術(shù)大學(xué)模式識(shí)別與智能系統(tǒng)專業(yè)，獲控制科學(xué)與工程工學(xué)博士學(xué)位，2007年中國(guó)石油大學(xué)（華東）工作至今。主要研究方向?yàn)槟Ｊ阶R(shí)別、機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)理論及其應(yīng)用。目前主持/完成國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金3項(xiàng)、山東省自然科學(xué)基金2項(xiàng)、青島市自然科學(xué)基金1項(xiàng)。近年發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文百余篇，先后11篇論文入選ESI高被引論文、3篇入選ESI熱點(diǎn)論文，申請(qǐng)國(guó)家發(fā)明專利10余項(xiàng)（授權(quán)8項(xiàng)），以第一完成人獲中國(guó)自動(dòng)化學(xué)會(huì)自然科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)（2022年）、山東省人工智能學(xué)會(huì)自然科學(xué)一等獎(jiǎng)（2021年）等獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。擔(dān)任SCI期刊《Neural Processing Letters》Associate editor，Signal Processing Guest editor，IET Computer Vision Guest editor，Neurocomputing Guest editor，Remote Sensing Guest editor，數(shù)十種領(lǐng)域內(nèi)重要期刊審稿人，近年來(lái)作為分會(huì)（共同）主席、宣傳主席等組織國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議分會(huì)十?dāng)?shù)次，國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議技術(shù)委員會(huì)成員或?qū)徃迦藬?shù)十余次。

Weifeng Liu (M’12-SM’17) is currently a Professor with the College of Control Science and Engineering, China University of Petroleum (East China), China. He received the double B.S. degree in automation and business administration and the Ph.D. degree in pattern recognition and intelligent systems from the University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei, China, in 2002 and 2007, respectively. His current research interests include pattern recognition and machine learning. He has authored or co-authored a dozen papers in top journals and prestigious conferences including 11 ESI Highly Cited Papers and 3 ESI Hot Papers. Dr. Weifeng Liu serves as associate editor for Neural Processing Letter, co-chair for IEEE SMC technical committee on cognitive computing, and guest editor of special issue for Signal Processing, IET Computer Vision, Neurocomputing, and Remote Sensing. He also serves dozens of journals and conferences.
