網(wǎng)絡(luò)身份是用于在網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間區(qū)分和認定個體（個人、組織、設(shè)備或網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源）的唯一性和不可否認性的標(biāo)識。網(wǎng)絡(luò)身份安全包括準(zhǔn)確驗證網(wǎng)絡(luò)身份及防止身份造假、假冒、欺詐、泄露、被盜等。劉文印博士提出了基于“可信用戶代理”的創(chuàng)新但兼容傳統(tǒng)密碼的網(wǎng)絡(luò)身份認證及管理機制，獲國家發(fā)明專利。其原型系統(tǒng)登錄易?（denglu1.cn），專注解決“密碼燒腦”“密碼疲勞”問題，防“撞庫”，防“釣魚”，是一個幫用戶（通過推送、掃碼或其他非接觸方式）自動注冊、自動登錄并管理賬號密碼的軟硬件產(chǎn)品系列。用戶再不需要人工設(shè)置、記憶及輸入眾多密碼就能在各種終端上網(wǎng)，既方便又安全。“密碼不想記？就用登錄易！”“擁有一個登錄易，眾多密碼不要記！”

劉文印博士是國際上反網(wǎng)絡(luò)釣魚式欺詐（Anti-Phishing）領(lǐng)域的先鋒之一，2004年即開發(fā)出利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)文本分析的方法甄別假冒網(wǎng)頁的方法，首次提出“主動及基于視覺的反網(wǎng)絡(luò)釣魚策略”，在WWW2005會議及IEEE Internet Computing（2006）學(xué)術(shù)期刊上發(fā)表了該項成果,相關(guān)技術(shù)于2007年獲授中國發(fā)明專利；首次發(fā)現(xiàn)利用不同Unicode文字集相似的特點進行網(wǎng)絡(luò)釣魚這一威脅并提出基于著色的解決方案，在APWeb2008會議上發(fā)表了該項成果，相關(guān)技術(shù)于2010年獲授中國發(fā)明專利；首次提出如何尋找假冒網(wǎng)頁所攻擊的目標(biāo)網(wǎng)頁的這一問題并提出一些有效的解決方法，成果在IEEE Internet Computing（2012）雜志和FGCS 學(xué)報發(fā)表，相關(guān)技術(shù)于2010年獲批準(zhǔn)中國發(fā)明專利（在本領(lǐng)域共申請4項發(fā)明專利，全部獲得授權(quán)）；基于上述技術(shù)開發(fā)出了一系列有效解決釣魚網(wǎng)站識別的商業(yè)產(chǎn)品，普通用戶版的產(chǎn)品的下載量超過50，000次，企業(yè)版的產(chǎn)品已賣出兩個授權(quán)使用許可；網(wǎng)絡(luò)版的檢測服務(wù)也收到超過100，000次的查詢，發(fā)送微博6000余條，粉絲數(shù)超過1600。手機版安全掃碼App（安心掃?）可以把二維碼中的網(wǎng)址發(fā)送到云端服務(wù)器（phish.anxinsao.com）來識別網(wǎng)址是否是假冒或欺詐網(wǎng)站并提醒用戶規(guī)避。劉文印博士以及其所帶領(lǐng)的研究小組經(jīng)常受邀發(fā)表技術(shù)文章并在國際會議上進行技術(shù)講座；所研發(fā)的Anti-Phishing項目及產(chǎn)品也已被媒體以中文、英文、及日文廣泛報道，包括有線電視和星島日報。近年在此領(lǐng)域已發(fā)表高水平SCI索引學(xué)報論文5篇及會議論文多篇，所發(fā)表的文章已被很多文獻引用，總引用次數(shù)近1000次。

劉文印博士在圖形識別領(lǐng)域發(fā)布了多篇高水平論文（包括IEEE T-PAMI4篇），在短文本分析（特別是相似度度量及情感分析）方面也發(fā)布了多篇高水平論文，提出了基于語義模板的網(wǎng)上交互問答系統(tǒng)（BuyAns.com）及其有償商業(yè)模式，通過利益驅(qū)動廣大用戶的提供語義模板格式的問題和答案，實現(xiàn)對知識的快速、高質(zhì)量的獲取和積累，以達到以后可以準(zhǔn)確、高效、自動回答用戶問題的目的。
