The IEEE Congress on Evolutionary Computation (CEC) 2025 will be held in Hangzhou, China, from June 8–12, 2025. The annual IEEE Congress on Evolutionary Computation is a world-class event in the field of Evolutionary Computation. It provides a forum to bring together researchers and practitioners from all over the world to present and discuss their research findings on Evolutionary Computation.

We invite original, previously unpublished contributions from researchers, practitioners, and educators in the field of evolutionary computation.

Submission Guidelines:

  • All papers must be submitted electronically through the official CEC 2025 submission portal.
  • Papers must adhere to the IEEE conference format and each paper is limited to 8 pages, including figures, tables, and references. A maximum of two extra pages per paper is allowed (i.e, up to 10 pages), at an additional charge of $130 per extra page.
  • All submissions will be peer-reviewed by experts in the field. Accepted papers will be included in the IEEE Xplore digital library.
