Chunxiao Zhang was born in Dezhou city, Shandong province, China, in 1990. He received the B.S. degree in electronic information science and technology from Shandong University, Weihai, China, in 2012, and the M.E. degree in circuits and systems from Shandong University, China, in 2015. He is currently with the Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd., Suzhou, China. His research interests include digital image & video coding, and communication technology.
