浙江工業大學計算機科學與技術學院教授,浙江省杰出青年基金獲得者,杭州市錢江特聘專家,浙江工業大學運河青年學者,城市科學與社會計算實驗室創始者兼主任。現為CCF杰出會員、IEEE高級會員、ACM會員、美國科學研究榮譽協會會員(Sigma Xi)、中國計算機學會信息系統專業委員會執行委員、中國計算機學會普適計算專業委員會執行委員、中國自動化學會平行智能專業委員會委員、中文信息學會情感計算專業委員會委員。先后擔任Wireless Communications and Computing、PeerJ Computer Science、KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Systems、Electronics等國際SCI期刊的編委(Editor),以及Pervasive and Mobile Computing、IEEE Access、International Journal of Distributed Sensor Networks 等多個國際SCI期刊專刊的(首席)客座編委(Guest Editor)。受邀擔任CCVPR等10余個國際會議的大會/程序委員會主席,在IEEE CCCI等10余個國際會議做大會/主旨。報告擔任IJCAI, KDD, IEEE BigData, IJCNN, COMPLEX NETWORKS, IEEE UIC, IEEE ICC等多個國際會議程序委員會(TPC)委員。擔任IEEE TKDE、IEEE TMC、IEEE TNNLS、IEEE TNSE、IEEE TII、IEEE IOTJ、IEEE COMMUN MAG、IEEE NETW、IEEE TITS、TCJ、JASIST、計算機學報等頂級國內外期刊審稿人。

 

2004年獲浙江大學自動化專業工學學士學位;同年進入浙江大學工業控制技術國家重點實驗室直接攻讀博士學位,師從孫優賢院士。2009年9月獲浙江大學工學博士學位,浙江大學優秀畢業生。2009年12月至2020年6月任職于大連理工大學軟件學院,歷任講師、副教授、網絡工程系主任、院黨委委員,其間2017年11月至2018年11月為印第安納大學訪問學者。2020年7月起任職于浙江工業大學計算機學院。2024年1月-2024年4月為迪肯大學高級訪問學者(包氏獎學金資助)。

 

主要研究興趣包括城市計算、社會計算、知識管理等。在IEEE TKDE、IEEE TMC、IJCAI、ACM Computing Surveys等國際期刊或會議發表/錄用論文200多篇,其中180多篇為SCI檢索論文。19篇論文入選ESI高被引論文(1%)(其中14篇為第一或通訊作者),5篇同時入選ESI 熱點論文 (0.1%)。據Google Scholar顯示,論文總引用次數9100余次,h因子為53(截至2024.08)。以第一作者獲2020年IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology最佳論文獎(Best Land Transport)。兩次排名第一獲得遼寧省自然科學學術成果獎一等獎。連續入選斯坦福全球前2%頂尖科學家榜單-終身影響力排行榜和年度科學影響力排行榜,連續入選計算機領域頂尖科學家(Research.com)。研究工作被Nature Index、科學網等媒體廣泛報道。獲授權發明專利30余項。主持完成多項國家級及省部級課題。

 

    主編教材《計算機網絡》,由機械工業出版社出版;作為副主編編寫《大數據導論》和《高級計算機網絡》,分別由科學出版社和清華大學出版社出版,前者于2017 年6 月在科學出版社出版以來,據不完全統計,已被30余所高校選為課程教材,共印刷9 次,印量13800余冊,共銷售12000 余冊。已聯合培養博士畢業3人(其中外國留學生2人);培養全日制碩士畢業22人。學生在讀期間多人次獲得國家獎學金,畢業后出國深造或進入阿里、騰訊、華為、百度、小米等一流企業。
