頡滿剛，男，漢族，甘肅渭源人，工學博士，副教授，碩士生導師。2022年6月在中山大學獲工學博士學位，主要從事第一代無線通信技術(6G)、實時物聯網、車聯網、通感算一體化、短包通信、綠色通信及異構網絡相關領域的研究，先后在IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications、IEEE Transactions on Communications、IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology等知名期刊及IEEE WCNC、ICC、VTC等國際會議發表論文40余篇；擔任VTC2025-Fall、ICCSIE 2025等會議TPC Member；主持甘肅省青年人才（團隊項目）1項、甘肅省青年科技基金項目1項、甘肅省高校教師創新基金項目1項；參與國家重點研發計劃項目、國家自然科學基金面上項目、廣東省科技計劃重點領域研發計劃項目等多項；獲得甘肅省高等學?？蒲袃炐愠晒?、甘肅省優秀碩士學位論文、《重慶郵電大學學報》優秀論文、甘肅省三好學生、研究生國家獎學金、Physical Communication優秀審稿人等榮譽/獎勵。
