       張建成，男，博士、副教授、碩導，現為廣西民族大學數學科學學院教師。曾任江南大學副教授，碩士生導師。同濟大學控制科學與工程博士學位。長期從事自動控制領域中未知輸入觀測器設計、滑模觀測器設計、故障診斷、故障重構、以及基于觀測器的滑模控制研究。截至2024年11月，發表學術論文30余篇，其中4篇發表在控制領域國際頂刊《IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control》和《Automatica》上（其中IEEE TAC 和 Automatica 各2篇，均為第一作者），另有《IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems》、《International Journal of Control》以及國內頂級期刊《自動化學報》、《控制理論與應用》等。作為項目負責人主持國家自然科學基金1項、中國博士后科學基金面上項目1項、江南大學自主科研項目1項，參與國家自然科學基金4項，江蘇省自然科學基金青年項目1項。獲得2024年度上海市科學技術獎1項，江蘇省機械工程學會自然科學（優秀論文）一等獎1項，無錫市第十二屆（2020-2021年度）自然科學優秀學術論文獎二等獎1項，三等獎1項。現為中國自動化學會會員、中國自動化學會控制理論專業委員會（TCCT）非線性系統與控制學組委員，江蘇省自動化學會青年工作委員會委員。
