朱清華，博士，副教授，IEEE高級會員，ACM會員.  2014/10~2015/10，2017/09~2018/08, 在美國新澤西理工學院(New Jersey Institute of Technology)任訪問學者。

目前在研課題包括：本人負責的1項國家自然科學基金面上項目和1項廣東省自然科學基金項目。作為項目負責人完成3項廣東省自然科學基金項目的研究。曾參與多項國家自然科學基金項目的研究工作。主持或作為技術負責人完成了多個企業web信息系統、網絡安全軟件的研究與開發。

以第一作者/通訊作者發表EI檢索的論文40余篇(含SCI檢索論文10余篇)，主要論文成果發表在IEEE Transactions系列期刊上。

研究領域：芯片制造系統中多機器人的智能調度、云計算/邊緣計算的智能調度、深度強化學習、離散事件動態系統。

代表成果：發現半導體芯片制造系統(multi-cluster tools)存在1-晶圓(1-wafer)調度及其存在的充要條件，提出了求解能達生產周期下界的1-晶圓周期調度的高效算法。
